HTS Program Manager

Station: Matebeleland Closing Date: 26/10/18 QUALIFICATIONS *Degree in Social Sciences, Public Health or equivalent. A masters degree will be an added advantage; Diploma in General Nursing; At least 5 years experience working at senior level in program management in the area of HIV and AIDS, Public Health or Health Promotion; Sound knowledge and understanding of latest developments in the area of HIV prevention, Sexual Reproductive health and Rights and Gender programming; Experience in multi-sectoral development approaches; Senior person who can interact with provincial and district leadership; Hands on experience working with decentralized structures. *Good analytical and program management skills; Good communication skills and ability to work in a team; Initiative and is results oriented; Attention to detail; Ability to work under pressure; Good computer skills; Ability to interpret and utilize research findings; Tact, advocacy, diplomacy and consensus building skills TO APPLY: Applications containing detailed curriculum vitae with three references should be addressed to: The Director MAC 97 A.
